Delivery Policy

Delivery Area

Fix My Gravel Driveway provides bulk gravel and stone delivery within approximately 20 miles of Washington, North Carolina. Deliveries outside our standard service area may be available for an additional delivery fee. Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether your location is within our service area.

Delivery Scheduling

Most deliveries are completed within 1–3 business days, depending on weather, material availability, and scheduling. Customers will be contacted if unexpected delays occur.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful delivery, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information and contact details.
  • Ensuring delivery vehicles have safe and reasonable access to the delivery location.
  • Removing vehicles, equipment, or other obstacles from the delivery area.
  • Clearly identifying where the material should be placed.

If delivery cannot be completed because the site is inaccessible or unsafe, additional delivery charges may apply.

Material Quantities

Bulk materials are sold by weight. While every effort is made to deliver the quantity ordered, slight variations may occur due to loading practices at the supplier.

Installation Services

If installation or grading services are purchased, work will be completed after delivery as weather and scheduling permit. Installation includes spreading and grading of the purchased material within the agreed work area.

Delivery Completion

Once material has been unloaded at the customer-designated location, delivery is considered complete.

Customers should inspect the delivered material as soon as possible and notify us immediately if the incorrect material was delivered.

Weather Delays

Heavy rain, severe weather, or unsafe ground conditions may delay deliveries or installation services. We will contact customers as soon as possible to reschedule if necessary.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that:

  • Delivery trucks can safely access the property.
  • Underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other hidden hazards are clearly identified.
  • The chosen dump location is suitable for the weight of a fully loaded dump truck.

Fix My Gravel Driveway is not responsible for damage resulting from customer-designated dump locations that cannot safely support delivery vehicles.
