Services
FixMyGravelDriveway.com provides:

- Gravel, crushed concrete, sand, and other bulk material delivery

- Driveway Rescue giveaway program
Services are subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and material availability.
Estimates
All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection.
Final pricing may change if unforeseen site conditions are discovered or if the scope of work changes at the customer's request.
Online Orders
Orders placed through our website are subject to confirmation.
If an order is placed outside our normal service area or cannot reasonably be completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before delivery.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access is safe and unobstructed.
The customer is responsible for marking or identifying underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic components, invisible fences, or other hidden structures before delivery or grading begins.
FixMyGravelDriveway.com is not responsible for damage to underground items that were not properly identified.
Bulk Materials
Gravel, stone, crushed concrete, sand, and similar materials are natural products.
Color, size, texture, and appearance may vary between loads.
Payments
Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of service or purchase.
Online purchases must be paid before delivery unless other arrangements have been made.
Cancellations
Customers should notify us as soon as possible if a scheduled service must be canceled or rescheduled.
Weather-related delays may require rescheduling for safety and quality reasons.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship.
Because every driveway experiences different weather conditions, traffic, drainage, and maintenance, no guarantee can be made against future settling, erosion, or normal wear.
If a workmanship-related issue arises shortly after completion, please contact us and we will evaluate the situation. Our goal is to do the job right the first time. If you believe there is a workmanship issue after your project is completed, please contact us. We value long-term customer relationships and will work with you to address legitimate workmanship concerns.
Limitation of Liability
FixMyGravelDriveway.com is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supplier shortages, equipment breakdowns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
