Returns

Because gravel, stone, crushed concrete, and other bulk materials are delivered specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns once material has been delivered.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

  • We are unable to complete your order.
  • We deliver the wrong material.
  • A delivery error occurs due to our mistake.

If the customer provides incorrect delivery information or changes their mind after delivery, refunds cannot be issued.

Fix My Gravel Driveway (A KDR Company)  delivers gravel, stone, crushed concrete, sand, and related materials within our local service area.

Orders outside our delivery area may be refunded before delivery.

Once material has been delivered, all sales are final because bulk material cannot be returned after dumping.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to make it right.
